A quick power cycle is an immediate solution to many problems. Because the appliances build up static electricity. This interferes with the normal functioning of the system.

- Unplug your F80 from the power outlet and turn OFF the power switch.

Test the voltage of the motor, power supply outlet, console, and controller. If the console is getting 12V, it has some fault. However, if it shows zero reading, the controller is bad. You have to repair these parts.
Tip#7. Perform a Factory Reset
If the power cycle did not help, perform a reset on your machine. It is a promising remedy to solve such issues. Here is how you reset a Sole F80;
- Turn ON your treadmill and connect it to a power source.
- Now, remove its safety key.
- Press and hold the “Start” and “Speed Up” buttons at the same time.
- Reinsert the safety key while still holding down these buttons.
- Release both buttons when the display shows “Factory settings”.
- Press the “Enter” button at this moment.
- Next, hit the “Start” button. The calibration process will initiate.
- Please avoid standing on the belt or deck while the reset is going on. Once the process is completed, you can check the display.
Tip#8. Replace the Console
Have you checked everything from the wires to the voltage? Have you restarted and reset your treadmill? But, still, your Sole F80 treadmill display not working?
This indicates the console is bad. It is defective and should be replaced. If your machine is too old, the console has more chance of failure.
